It is mainly composed of the frying chamber, condenser, vacuum pump, oil circulating pump, oil heating exchanger, deoil system.
We use the tube type heating exchanger outside the frying chamber which is high heating efficiency.
The frying basket is up-down motion during frying, so the chips inside the fryer there is no sticky, improve the frying speed.
3 steps vacuum system, make sure vacuum degree at a great level,200Pa(-0.0998Mpa,1.5mmHg) can be achieved, it is much better than the other brands only 5-10Kpa(-0.09Mpa or75mmHg).
