Principle analysis: XP is a three-phase plug, FU is a fuse, ST is a temperature control switch, HL1, HL2 are heat preservation and heating indicators, and EH is a heater. At the beginning, because the water temperature does not reach the temperature at which the ST normally closed contact is disconnected, the current will flow through the ST because it is equivalent to a wire; the branch consisting of R2 and HL2 The road is in parallel with the EH, and both are in working condition. When the water is boiled, the ST is disconnected, HL1 and R1 are connected to the circuit, and the circuit enters the heat preservation state. When the temperature is lower than the operating temperature of ST, the ST resumes closing and the circuit begins to boil water again.
2. A working principle of a separate electric kettle

Principle analysis: In the figure, SA is the steam automatic power off switch, ST is the temperature controller, and FU is the fuse. After turning on the power, manually press the steam switch SA. At this time, the indicator line and the heating circuit are turned on. When the water boils, the SA will be disconnected and the kettle will stop heating. Assume that if there is no SA, the ST will also open the circuit, but when the temperature is lowered, the ST will automatically close again, and the water will continue to heat up, so that it will reciprocate. Of course, repeated heating of water will change the water quality, which is not conducive to human health.
