6. Twisting system: The kinking of the casing itself is used for sealing and portioning. It can be twisted at high speed and high efficiency.
7. Smoke oven and cooking system: time, temperature and humidity are precisely controlled by the computer, and there are two-door bicycle and multi-vehicle options. There are two types of heat supply: steam and electricity.
8. Vacuum packaging machine: There are single-cavity and double-cavity, most of them are double-cavity, high efficiency, one cavity is vacuumed and the other cavity is placed.
9. Sterilization line: It is composed of hot water tank, cold water tank, coolant, wind dryer, continuous conveyor belt and electric control part, through sterilization to solve the problem of secondary pollution and increase the shelf life of the product.
10. Inkjet printer: mark the production date and barcode on the packaged products, which is suitable for the later process of the chamber vacuum packaging machine.
