Operation rules of Continuous Industrial Fryer

Purpose / Objective: To provide correct  Continuous Industrial Fryer operation rules, regular inspection and maintenance to ensure product qualification.

Related materials:  Continuous Industrial Fryer operation records, thermometers, pens, frying machine cleaning and disinfection records, equipment inspection conditions are intact, record operation procedures: EasyFry (BR) 6000/600 imported fryer operation procedures are open:

  1. First check whether the network belt is connected.

  2. Turn on the switch and press the reset button.

3. Adjust the oil level, open the oil pipe valve and turn on the power of the oil pump to add proper oil to the oil tank.

4. Set the oil temperature.

5. Turn on the mesh belt, slag scraper, circulation pump, oil temperature control key in turn.

  produce:

  1. The amount of oil should be about 2cm over Teflon mesh belt.

  2. Network speed inverter, mainly adjust after opening the belt.

3. The minimum distance between the network belt and the lower belt is 1.5cm, and the self-distance is 15cm.

4. After using the emergency stop button during work, press the reset button again to start.

5. The oil residue is poured out every hour to prevent spontaneous combustion.

Operating procedures: operating procedures of DZ600-5 / 0.5 ~ 5 fryer

Open:

1. Turn on the power switch, and check in detail whether there are foreign objects or abnormalities on the top and both sides of the net cover. After checking the error, raise the net cover.

2. Check the slag scraper in detail, oil can be injected after there is no water drop, and it should not be lower or higher than the working oil level.

3. Set the oil temperature.

4. Turn on the mesh belt, slag scraper, circulation pump and oil temperature control key in sequence.

  produce:

1. Net speed inverter, mainly adjust after opening the net belt.

2. After using the emergency stop button during work, press the reset button again to start.

3. The oil residue is poured out every hour to prevent spontaneous combustion.

Health management:

1. Turn off the heating system first and let other systems continue to work.

2. Wait for the oil temperature to drop below 175 ℃ before returning oil.

3. Processing water, add detergent to make the water temperature reach 95 ℃, cook for 15-30 minutes, or raise the cover body without heating. Use scavenger to clean the mesh belt to clean the greasy dirt, rinse with clean water.

4. Drop the cover and scrub the fryer with detergent.

5. Each time the fryer changes the oil, the oil must be released for filtration, and then cleaned and disinfected to make a record.

Limit value:

1. The fryer must be thoroughly cleaned every time the oil is changed.

2. The security personnel must maintain and maintain  Continuous Industrial Fryer daily.

  Corrective Action:

1. The fryer is not cleaned thoroughly, and it is ordered to be re-cleaned immediately until it is qualified.

2. When the fryer malfunctions, the security personnel and the operator immediately find the cause and correct the deviation.

3. Train employees to strictly implement the relevant regulations of SOP.
