Is vacuum fried food healthy?

We like our fried foods! The crispness and taste of fried foods are unparalleled, which makes them so addictive. Fried chicken, French fries, fried bananas: It’s really delicious, it’s so delicious. But traditional frying methods are neither good nor good, because frying requires immersing food in hot oil, which not only increases its trans fat and cholesterol levels, but also releases carcinogens in the oil.

This is another way to reduce the amount of oil absorbed by the food and reduce the fat content. They also retain more natural colors because they do not withstand incredible temperatures and do not saturate during frying. Natural flavors in fruits or vegetables are magnified and have a crisp texture.

This is an interesting and annoying thing: the Catholic University of Catalonia in Chile conducted a study on the health benefits of vacuum frying and incorporated the findings into the Journal of Food Science. According to the study, the results show that vacuum potato chips are 50% less oily than regular potato chips. And get the following effect: vacuum fried potatoes retain 95% of their vitamin C content!

So, this just means that if you want to dress in the usual potato chip bag (we only talk about the actual vegetable slices here), please choose a vacuum package variant. Although no food nutritionist would recommend eating vegetarian food from vacuum fried foods (please eat a balanced diet!), these vacuum fried foods are a way to enjoy healthier alternatives to junk food.
