Products Description
To produce a perfectly flattened schnitzel, you need an enlarged surface and a uniform product thickness. Our flatteners make this possible! With our flatteners, fresh and frozen products remain juicy during the subsequent cooking process. The schnitzel, spit-roast, and spit-roast are fixed in the upper and lower conveyor belts and gently transported to the flattening area, where pairs of rollers press and stretch the meat alternately. The height can be manually adjusted in advance to determine the desired product thickness.
