The working principle of our coffee bean roaster machine is to roast raw coffee beans in roasting barrels and then cool them in cooling trays. Start the baking machine. The baking barrels of the baking machine will operate, and the hot air fan will start. Press the heat button to preheat the machine. During the preheating stage, the heater will heat the baking barrels on one side and the air on the other side, and then introduce the hot air into the baking barrels. After reaching the preset preheating temperature, the coffee beans are fed into the roasting barrels from the feeding hopper. The roasting barrels and hot air work together to heat the green coffee beans until they reach the end roasting temperature. When the end roasting temperature is about to be reached, the cooling tray is started, and the cooling fan and stirrer are activated. Manually pour the coffee beans into the cooling tray. Stir with a stirrer and cool with a cooling fan. After the cooling process is completed, open the bean outlet to pour out the coffee beans and close the bean outlet of the cooling tray. The roasting stage and the cooling stage can be carried out simultaneously.

5. There is glass peep hole for monitoring. The large flame observation window make the baking room situation more clear.
