Product Description
The electromagnetic cooking mixer mainly adopt electromagnetic as the heating source. It uses an electric current to pass through a coil to generate a magnetic field. When the magnetic force in the magnetic field passes through the bottom of the pot, countless small eddy currents will be generated, which will make the pot heat up quickly, and then heat the raw materials in the pot.
The pot body of the electromagnetic cooker is a composite pot body. The part in contact with food is made of 304 stainless steel, and the other parts are 201. The advantage of this pot body is compatible with each other and heat up evenly. It avoide using the full 304 pot body to generate the phenemenon of coil and control system aging.
