Product Introduction

This vegetable vacuum fryer equipment is the most popular machine to make crispy vacuum fried jackfruit chips.

It is mainly composed by frying chamber,condenser,vacuum pump, oil circulating pump, oil heating exchanger, deoil system.

We use the tube type heating exchanger outside the frying chamber which is high heating efficiency.

The frying basket is up-down motion during frying, so the chips inside the fryer there is no sticky, improve the frying speed.

3 steps vacuum system,make sure vacuum degree at great level,200Pa(-0.0998Mpa,1.5mmHg) can be achieved, it is much better than the other brands only 5-10Kpa(-0.09Mpa or75mmHg).

Oil temperature is controlled very accurate. Oil keeps circulating via heating exchanger, the oil temperature no fluctuation during frying, make sure food quality uniform and shorter 20%-30% than other brand vacuum fryer.

Condensate water is storage and draining automatic, save manpower.
