Indirect Heat Tilting Kettles are ideal for cooking, boiling, stewing, or concentrating delicate foods, such as soup, stews, sauces, etc. The kettle is heated by a water or thermal oil jacket. No direct flame is in contact with the kettle which prevents the foods to be burnt when heating.

I. Steam Indirect Heat Tilting Kettles

Using this type of indirect heat tilting kettles, a steam generator should be equipped in the customer's factory. The pot body is a double-layer structure consisting of inner and outer spherical bladders. The middle interlayer is heated by introducing steam.

II. Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettles

The electric indirect heat tilting kettles use thermal oil (also called heat-conducting oil) as the heat source. There are electric heating tubes and thermal oil in the interlayer of the kettle. Electric heating tubes heat the thermal oil, then transfer heat to the kettle body.

The density of thermal oil is higher than that of common edible oil, so the thermal efficiency is very high. Thermal oil also has a good heat preservation function. The equipment doesn't need to work all the time, so it is energy-saving.

II. Gas Indirect Heat Tilting Kettles

The gas indirect heat tilting kettles use thermal oil (also called heat-conducting oil) as the heat source. It uses gas fire to heat the thermal oil, not electric heating tubes. This type of equipment is suitable for customers who don't have three-phase power or the electricity is very expensive in their areas.
