2， Function of Continuous Industrial Fryer:

1), This fryer adopt digital PID temperature control method, the accuracy of temperature can be controlled within ±1℃, max oil temperature can be 300℃, and including the function of auto-power-cut-off when temperature extra max. temperature limited, this is safe for heating up the oil and frying.

Heating elements arranged reasonably according to the different frying areas need different oil temperatures and heating power. Make sure the frying uniform, and keep final food with good color.

2), Use inverter to adjust the conveying transmission system, the frying time can be 30 seconds to 15 minutes adjustable. This is suitable for a much different range of food.

3), This fryer with auto stirring function to keep both sides of food with the same color when the food chips floating on oil.

4), mechanical worm and worm chain lifting system can lift the exhaust fume and Chain conveying transmission system separately, easy for cleaning the fryer inside.

5), There is oil circulating system, make sure the oil temperature uniform, the bottom of the fryer is washed by circulating oil at high speed and passed through an automatic filter to remove oil impurities and prolong the service life of the oil to ensure the true color of the product. The oil input capacity is biggest at the food input side, reduce gradually, to ensure that the different oil temperatures in each stage of the frying process are uniform.

The sufficient internal circulation system will balance the temperature difference between the input and output ends, realize the fluidity of the oil, and advance the product.

6), Auto stirring system, Using a shape stirrer, flip the potato/banana chips and fry them evenly.

7), Including an automatic impurity filtering system, the impurities will be lifted by a filtering device, and separate the oil and impurities, and use air knife blow off the impurities.  

8), exhaust fume system will keep the workshop cleaning. And the fryer oil chamber is insulated with thermal insulation materials, reduce heat loss and avoid burns.
