Popcorn Process Line Introduction
Popcorn Process Line can make 60-500kg per hour for flavored popcorn production. It can heat oil with different savory additives (salt, caramel, cheese etc), which is constantly heated up and popped. The entire production line includes popcorn popper machine, cooling scattering machine, elevator, sifting drum machine, seasoning machine.
After popping popcorn through cooling conveyor belt to disperse the fresh popped popcorn to prevent it from sticking together. The sifting drum is used for checking un-popped popcorn (seeds or defect) corn hulls. Finally, it is coated with solid seasoning flavors through a seasoning machine automatically.
