Vegetables Grill Marker is used for grill marking of sliced vegatebles (i.e. eggplant, courgettes, peppers etc.) between two gas burners heated grooved drums. The machine is gas powered and is suitable to mark, a stripe on the surface of vegetables (whole or cut, raw or previously cooked/grilled) and on meat (i.e. hamburger), so to perfectly reproduce a home cooking visual effect. Where slices are evenly placed on 600mm wide 1600mm long stainless steel conveyor belt, by means of a laying conveyor or a vibrating feeder. But both technics require manual allignment against overlapping and optimal use of grill marking surface.
