Products Description

Automatic fish smoking oven is mainly composed of three parts: oven body, control cabinet and smoke chamber.
The oven box is the main place for food processing, and the smoke box is to provide a place for combustion, and the control cabinet can control and adjust the temperature, time, etc.

In the smoking process, the smoke produced by the smoke box permeates evenly into the box through the wind cycle, so that the food can be cooked and dried at the same time, but also can evenly absorb the aroma and color of the smoke. The control cabinet can set the processing time, processing temperature, and smoke start and other functions.

Products Features

 

1. Oven body: All internal components and outer walls of the oven body are made of stainless steel, corrosion resistant. The products are hung on the trailer,  and the processing can be carried out according to the set process parameters.
2. Cooking part of the heating system: the oven body is connected with the steam system, and the steam passes into the oven body to directly heat the products in the oven. The output of steam can be adjusted according to different products.
3. Circulating air system
The top of the oven body is equipped with an electric fan, with high power and large air volume to ensure that the temperature in the oven is heated, so that the temperature is uniform everywhere, and the quality of the products is stable and reliable.
4. Smoke generation system
The smoke generator is divided into three layers. The upper motor drive system turns the vertical shaft. The vertical shaft is mounted with a stirrer on the top. The wood chips stored in the upper layer are sent to the tray in the middle layer under the action of the blender. After the combustion plate is energized, the smoke switch button is developed, and the sawdust is heated and slowly burned to smoke, and the smoke is sent to the oven body by the fan through the smoke inlet pipe to smoke the cooked products. Both smoke and air volume can be adjusted by butterfly valve.
