Introduction of Breaded food Frying Line:

This Breaded food Frying Line is specially developed for the hamburger patty, chicken nuggets, tempura shrimp, and other breaded foods.

This line composed by the following items:

1, Forming machine: to produce the nuggets,burger patty,fishcake,fish fingers and others

2, Battering Machine: It is used for coating the battering.

3.Preduster: Coating the powder or starch. The bottom of the product can be evenly coated when passing the conveyor loaded with flour. Unique-designed conveyor sprinkles flour evenly on the products' curtain, which ensures an even, equal-portion and thick or thin coating on products.

4. Breading machine: Used for coating the breading crumbs. An excellent cyclization system ensures the maximum retention of the crumbs. Applies not only for the fine crumbs but also for rough crumbs.

5.Industrial Fryer: This fryer including a double belt conveyor, but also there is a part of Teflon belt which transports the products through the heated oil. A built-in slotted screen filter removes floating (surface) sediment out of the fryer. The internal oil circulation is controllable to ensure optimum temperature distribution and effective sediment removal.
