This plantain chips continuous fryer machine adopts a double mesh belt structure. The food is conveyed between the upper and lower mesh belts to prevent floating in the fryer, ensuring the frying effect. Both the upper and lower mesh belts have variable frequency speed regulation. Users can adjust the transmission speed of the mesh belt according to different fried foods. The upper cover of the fryer has the function of collecting condensed water, which prevents the condensed water from dripping back into the oil tank, causing hot oil to splash and causing burns. The heating temperature can be set per the process requirements.
