  • Conveying System: The fryer features a double-layer mesh belt design that prevents food from floating. It also includes frequency conversion for speed control, which allows for precise frying times.
  • Filtration and Slag Discharge: The dynamic oil circulation system automatically filters out residues, while a bottom slag discharge device cleans the oil residue in real-time, thereby extending the oil's service life.

2. Workflow

3. Stable Product Quality

  • Uniform frying is achieved through mesh belt conveying, ensuring even heating of materials and preventing local overheating or adhesion issues commonly found in traditional frying methods. The finished products exhibit consistent color and taste, such as the uniform crispness of potato chips.
  • The system employs a fully automatic PID temperature control system with an accuracy of ±1°C. Multi-zone temperature control-such as a preheating zone and a main frying zone-adapts to complex processes, helping to prevent overcooking or burning of the products.
