PRODUCT INTRODUCTION OF DOUBLE LAYERS JACKETED COOKING KETTLE
This double layers jacketed cooking kettle features a double wall inside the kettle that forms a steam or thermal oil jacket on the bottom 2/3 of the kettle. The bottom of the kettle is a hemispherical design with a good thermal cycle. It uses steam, gas fire, or electric heating tubes for heating and uses steam or thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. The heating sources don't heat the cooking material directly. The heating method is more gentle than the direct heating methods.
The kettle can be fixed with an outlet at the bottom, or it can be tilted to facilitate pouring the cooking materials into the next stage of the process.
