Automatic Jacketed Mixer Machine Cooking Pot can use electric, gas, steam, thermal oil as heating medium. This cooking kettle is equipped with hydraulic planetary stirring and auto tilting pan, which not only achieve pot body auto overturn to poutr out cooked materials easily, but also its planetary stirring method mixes the cooking materials both left & right and up & down, which mixes the materials more evenly. Various materials such as sauces, food, sugar candy etc can achieve better cooking effect.

All metal parts in contact with food are made of SS304 stainless steel, easy cleaning and maintenance.
Planetary mixing method can make the agitators scraped the pot thoroughly and mixed materials evenly.
The bottom and side scrapers closely contact with the pot body, preventing the materials from pasting to the pot body.
Heating temperature and stirring speed can be adjustable on the PLC control system according to different sauces.
