The U-shaped kettle body of this Vacuum Jacketed Kettle is vacuumized from the top. The combination transmission of step-less speed change, worm gear, and speed reducer increases the moment of the horizontal axis stirring. The scrapers are made of food-grade polytetrafluoroethylene which in line with food hygiene and safety standards. The cover opening and kettle tilting are controlled by hydraulic and mechanical transmission, which is convenient to operate.
