PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The kettle body is a double-layer structure composed of an inner and outer spherical body. It is heated by pressurized steam in the interlayer. Introduce steam into the interlayer, then transfer heat to the food inside the pot. The steam comes from an external industrial boiler or a small-capacity electric steam generator. The steam cooking pot is the most effective and economical jacketed cookware for boiling and simmering large amounts of food. The energy carried by steam is approximately six times that of boiling water. The temperature of the steam in the interlayer is determined by the pressure. The higher the pressure, the higher the temperature.
