PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The steam kettle is an efficient jacketed pot for boiling or stewing large amounts of food products, such as porridge, soup, sauce, sugar, chocolate, and gravies. The kettle is composed of three layers: the inner pot body, the jacket layer, and the isolation layer.
Introduce vapor into the interlayer between the inner pot body and the jacket to heat the cooking material inside the kettle. The steam evenly heats and cooks the food in the kettle from all directions, and doesn't touch the cooking material directly. The jacket covers about two-thirds of the inner pot body.
The outer isolation layer is for heat protection and avoids scalding injuries.
Besides the automatic heating function, our Steam Jacketed Cooking Kettle with Agitator is also equipped with a planetary stirring system and a wireless temperature measurement system.
