There are five heating methods available for the cooking kettles: steam heating, direct gas fire heating, gas heat conduction oil heating, electric heat conduction oil heating, and electromagnetic heating. The gas flame heats the heat transfer oil in the interlayer and then transfers heat to the pot body and cooking materials. Due to the particularity of the heat transfer oil, the temperature of the pot body will not rise rapidly due to the high temperature of the gas flame, causing the pot to burn or the cooking material to be caramelized. And the heat transfer oil has a good heat preservation function which is more energy-saving than a direct gas fire heating cooking mixer.
