Introduction of Chicken Nuggets Production Line
Chicken Nuggets Production Line can automatically complete the processes of forming, battering and breading. The small capacity 200mm series production line can produce different shapes of hamburgers, nuggets, fish bites, meat balls, potato patties, pumpkin patties etc. It is an ideal meat processing equipment for food plants.
(1) Automatic Forming Machine
Chicken nuggets making machine is a small yet time saving machine capable of forming up to 2100 hamburgers per hour.
It can finish the meat filling, forming and outputting automatically.
(2) Tempura Battering Machine
Tempura battering machine can coat products with liquid thin batter or thick batter automatically before breading.
The products are wrapped by upper and lower two layers belts, dipping the products into the batter bath to realize the batter coating.
It is widely used in the Tempura products, meat, poultry, seafood,chicken nuggets and vegetable.
(3) Bread Crumbs Machine
Breading Machine is used for coating bread crumbs after coating liquid batter.
It can evenly coat the products through the crumbs discharged from the top hopper and the crumbs on the lower belt.
It is equipped with crumb recycling system and high-quality air blow system for removing any excess crumbs.
